Delivery Process and Timing

Orders are managed by reliable carriers such as DTDC and Blue Dart. Our delivery services operate from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details as soon as your item is shipped. Delivery typically takes approximately 7-10 business days. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends and holidays.

In-Stock and Pre-Order Items

Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship. Special and new items may be available for pre-order. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received to ensure fairness.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment confirming that we have received your order ("Order Confirmation"). This email will include your order details and tracking information.

Delivery Receipt

Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. We recommend keeping your receipt, especially if the package shows any signs of damage upon arrival.
